Technical Service for Ongoing Excellence

Service Options
Several system warranty and service contract options are available – please contact your local sales representative for options and pricing.

Preventive Maintenance (PM) Service
Preventive maintenance is recommended every six months to ensure the safe and effective operation of the equipment.

On-site PM Service
Performed by a Medtronic Service Representative.

PM Service Training (Biomed Training)
PM service training includes a full system PM performed by a Medtronic Service Representative as well as on-site training of the PM procedure for up to two staff.

PM Tool Kit Rental
The PM tool kit contains all of the tools required to complete a PM service. Only customers who have successfully completed the PM service training may rent the PM tool kit.

Non-repair Service
On-site service visit performed by a Medtronic Service Representative. Examples of a non-repair service visit include room and/or bed qualification changes.

Repair Service
Several system warranty and service contract options are available – please contact your local sales representative for options and pricing.

Software Upgrades
Regular software upgrades provide innovative new features, maintenance and performance improvements.
